Its time to upgrade your Helpdesk Pilot 4.3.0. If you didn't upgrade to the major 4.0.0 release yet here is what was new with it: Helpdesk Pilot is 10x faster than 3.0.0. 15 New Features. Several Bug Fixes. For complete list of bug fixes and other feature additions please see the change log. To get the latest version, check your upgrade eligibility below.
Note: You need to own a valid Standard or Professional edition license to purchase edition upgrade.

We have now made it easy and convenient for you to download latest edition of Helpdesk Pilot.- Log into the priority support portal at my.helpdeskpilot.com. Use the email address that you had used to purchase the product. If you have used multiple email accounts kindly get in touch with us to consolidate your license information under 1 email address.
- Click on the My Accounts tab to see your purchase history and support & upgrade contract validity.
- If your support & upgrades contract is updated then you will see the downloads you are eligible for.
- If your support & upgrades contract has expired then you will be guided with the link to purchase support & upgrade contracts. Once you update your contract you will be eligible to download the version of Helpdesk Pilot.
