Form Spam Prevention Plugin
Keep annoying spam tickets awayA free captcha plugin (displays a security image that user has to key in to submit the form) that helps you prevent robot based spam. REQUIRES: GD Module for PHP enabled.
This help desk plugin is free and requires Helpdesk Pilot 3.0.0 pre-installed.
Install instructions:
1. Download the Form Spam Prevention plugin.2. Extract the zip file and move the formspamprevention folder to your
/helpdesk/plugins directory.
3. Logon to your helpdesk and go to your Manage -> Plugins folder..
4. Install the form spam prevention plugin and set your preferences
