I've reached the 20 staff license cap on Lite Edition. How do I add more staff licenses?

To add more staff licenses, you will need to upgrade to the Pro or Enterprise Edition and then purchase additional staff licenses based on your requirements.

Upgrading to a higher edition would allow you to make use of advanced features, such as LDAP Integration.

What are categories?

Classify your various business units into categories and efficiently organize incoming requests based on type. Requests to a category can be submitted via email, web or both according to your help desk requirements.

How do I upgrade?

If you wish to make use of the advanced features available in higher editions, you can upgrade at any time by paying merely the price difference, per staff license, and a processing fee of $119.95

What are the installation requirements?

Helpdesk Pilot is delivered as a packaged Virtual Machine, complete with the application, database, webserver and other necessary pre-requisites.
