Each ticket is categorized by its status; New, Open, On-Hold & Closed To make it easier to reference the various tickets, each status is marked in a unique colour. This way, a momentary glance at the tickets view page is enough to determine which of the 4 statuses the ticket falls in. Filters are also available to provide ticket-status specific views; simply click on any of the ticket status options to filter and view tickets of a specific status only.
You can also perform various actions on multiple tickets at once. This is not only a huge time saver but also keeps things more organized with very little efforts. You can change ticket status, move tickets, delete tickets, print tickets and mass reply.
