When setting up your staff on Helpdesk Pilot, you can define the level of privileges and restrict access to key settings such as modifying/deleting staff responses to tickets or acting on closed tickets.

Key actions performed by staff members on Helpdesk Pilot are notified to the Administrator, through email notifications. Whether its a ticket that’s been reassigned or closed, the administrator is always informed of activity on the help desk.
