From the date of purchase, you remain eligible for free upgrades and priority support for 6 months. Please contact our Billing Department through the customer portal to request for the latest version.
You will need to purchase the extended support contract now and your license will be renewed for a year, from the date of purchase of the base edition. You can purchase the support & upgrade contract for the base edition you had purchased. Once you have renewed your support contract, contact our Billing Department through the customer portal to request for the latest version.
