How do I get the Upgrade?

Helpdesk Pilot is sold with 6 months priority support and free upgrades. You require to renew your Support Contract to enjoy free upgrades of the product and priority support. Information provided below will guide you to check your eligibility for upgrade. Please keep in your purchase information handy.

If you have purchased Helpdesk Pilot in the last 6 months:

From the date of purchase, you remain eligible for free upgrades and priority support for 6 months. Please contact our Billing Department through the customer portal to request for the latest version.

If you have purchased Helpdesk Pilot prior to 6 months without extended support:

You will need to purchase the extended support contract now and your license will be renewed for a year, from the date of purchase of the base edition. You can purchase the support & upgrade contract for the base edition you had purchased. Once you have renewed your support contract, contact our Billing Department through the customer portal to request for the latest version.

If you have purchased Helpdesk Pilot in last 1 year with extended support:

If you have purchased the extended support at the time of purchase of Helpdesk Pilot, then you are eligible for the upgrade for 1 year. Please contact our Billing Department through the customer portal to request for the latest version.
